We understand that plans can change. We request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. The following cancellation terms apply:

Mobile detailing services may be affected by inclement weather conditions. In the event of rain, severe weather, or other conditions that may compromise the quality of our work, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Weather-related rescheduling will not incur any cancellation fees, and we will work with you to find the next available time slot.

All prices quoted are estimates based on the information you provide about your vehicle, including its size, condition, and requested services. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, full payment is due upon completion of the detailing service. For ceramic coating, paint correction, and certain premium services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposit requirements, if any, will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
Invoices not paid within 15 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend future services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Custom billing arrangements, including net-30 terms, may be available for fleet and commercial accounts. Terms will be outlined in a separate written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Mobile Detailing Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to our services exceed the total amount paid by you to Premier Mobile Detailing Pros for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, utility failures, or other force majeure events.
Premier Mobile Detailing Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions of your vehicle, including but not limited to:
Our technicians will conduct a visual inspection of the vehicle before beginning work and will note any visible pre-existing conditions. By authorizing our services, you acknowledge that detailing processes may reveal pre-existing damage that was not previously visible due to dirt, grime, or other surface contamination.
We are not responsible for damage to aftermarket accessories, vinyl wraps, paint protection film, tint, or other non-factory modifications unless specifically discussed and agreed upon before the service begins. Please inform us of any such modifications at the time of scheduling.
Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from your vehicle before the scheduled service. Premier Mobile Detailing Pros is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.
We take pride in the quality of our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, re-perform the specific service or portion thereof at no additional charge.
Ceramic coating services are backed by a warranty as specified at the time of application. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage will be provided in writing upon completion of the ceramic coating service. The warranty is subject to proper maintenance and care as outlined in the maintenance guide provided to you. Warranty coverage may be voided if the vehicle is not properly maintained according to our recommended care instructions.
